AUCTION DETAILS:
Auction to be held on site at the property. Reserve price of $1.1 Million- approximately $50/foot. Successful buyer shall pay an additional 5% fee to cover expenses of sale. Inspection times are during posted viewing hours or by appointment prior to sale. Contract will be executed immediately following auction. Contract requires 10% of purchase price to be paid immediately day of sale, with the remainder to be due at closing. Closing will be within 30 days following the sale.
